After opening in the summer of 2015 in downtown Nashville, Ascend Amphitheater has become one of the best outdoor live music venues in the country. Featuring a beautiful open-air setting with soaring views of the Nashville skyline and the Cumberland River, Ascend Amphitheater has proven time and again to be a preferred venue for both fans and artists alike.

The 6,800-capacity amphitheater is a key feature of the Nashville Parks system, which provides ample greenway and park space for the residents and visitors of the city. Working closely with the Nashville Parks Department, as well as the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation, Ascend Amphitheater has established itself as an integral part of the community.

With a significant focus on sustainability, Ascend Amphitheater has proven year over year to rank among the top sustainability programs in the nation. With an emphasis on recycling, composting, and donations, Ascend Amphitheater was able to divert over 105,000 pounds of waste from the landfill during the 2022 season.

Ascend Amphitheater has received multiple awards since opening, including Pollstar’s Red Rocks Award for best outdoor venue.
