This popular pedestrian area features a wide variety of restaurants, record stores, bookstores, galleries and shops and is just a little over a mile away from The University of Virginia Grounds. This former 1912 Vaudeville era theater turned movie house, turned premier music venue in 2009, hosts national and regional acts where they routinely rock audiences of up to 800 people.
